  • What should I bring to class?
    We'll provide a mat. All you need to bring is water and a towel for your mat. If you forget your mat towel, you can rent one for $5.
  • How do memberships work?
    Monthly memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Memberships begin on the date of purchase. To cancel your membership, email support@zenxtreme.com. Allow 30 days to process change request. There are no refunds for annual memberships cancelled prior to end of term
  • Is the studio heated?
    Yes. "Hot" classes are heated to 100 degrees. HIIT classes are heated to 85 degrees. All other classes are heated to 90 degrees. Infrared heat and humidity promotes detoxification and blood circulation for healthy skin, increases flexibility and relieves sore muscles. Infrared heat is a form of radiant heat that warms objects directly, rather than heating the air around them. When infrared waves hit a surface, they release heat energy that excites the molecules in the object, causing them to vibrate and warm up.
  • How do I book a class?
    Visit the schedule on our website or mobile app to reserve a class. Once you are signed in to your account, you'll be able to reserve your spot in a class. You can sign up for a class 1 week in advance.
  • Do you provide mats and towels?
    Yes, we provide mats. However, we do not provide mat towels. If you forgot your towel, no problem. We have mat towels to rent for $5.
  • What is your class cancellation/no show policy?
    A booked class can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the start of class. A no show will be charged $10. If a membership specifies a number of classes, a class count will be forfeited.
  • Do you offer a family discount?
    Yes, we offer Family memberships. Each additional family member is $59.
  • Do you accept cash?
    We accept credit/debit cards, and PayPal. We do not accept cash or check payments.
  • Are there showers at the studio?
    Yes, we have showers in our studio. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Towels can be rented for $5
  • What is your refund/cancellations policy?
    We do not offer any refunds on classes or memberships. If you have a membership subscription, email support@zenxtreme.com to discontinue your subscription. Please allow 30 days to process.
